Pollo Pomodoro

Two chicken breats dusted with seasoned flour, pan fried and then sauteed with a lemon, chicken stock and vodka sauce finished with diced roma tomatoes and scallions accompanied with herb enhanced angel hair pasta.

Crab Stuffed Cod

Cod loin stuffed and hand rolled with a unique crab and creme cheese blend. Sprinkled with old bay, baked and served over rice pilaf, grilled zucchini and finished with a Creole cream sauce.

10 oz Smothered Grilled Sirloin Steak

Grilled sirloin smothered with sauteed portabella mushrooms and a Madeira gorgonzola cream sauce finished with roasted red peppers. Paired with grilled asparagus and garlic whipped potatoes.
